List of changes and improvements:

Support for .pqidat file format in "Importer" (desktop)

With RigelMap 2.5.0 update, we provided support for new file format .pqidat. The way of importing .pqidat files is the same as importing .dxf files.

Layer tree progress bar (desktop)

The appearance of progress bar in the lower left corner of the application informs user about current reloading of project layers. This process is ongoing in the background of the application and is used to refresh the data of individual layers after the user has performed an operation on them (adding/editing/deleting an object) or changing the visible extent of the map.

When the background process is complete, the status bar disappears, informing the user that RigelMap is ready to continue working.

Application bootloader (desktop/mobile)

In 2.5.0 version, loading of individual elements has been moved to bootloader. Thanks to that, every process required to begin work with application RigelMap is being initiated.
After all elements are loaded, user is gonna be taken to the main interface of the application.

Thumbnails of uploaded files for measured object (desktop)

Adding an attachment to the object has been enriched with their thumbnails. Clicking on the attached thumbnail will open a new window with a preview of the attached file and a gallery of available attachments.

PDF preview is additionally supported by built-in extensions for browsers, giving the user access to view, print and download the document from the application level.

Real map scale (desktop)

The bottom bar of the map has been extended with a true scale (For example: "1:1250").
The scale changes accordingly as the map is zoomed in/out in the application.

Attribute table changes

In version 2.5.0, the display of files attached to an object in the attribute table has been improved - from now on, the total number of attachments available for a given object will be displayed. The possibility of interacting with a given field in the table is additionally highlighted in orange. After clicking on the text marked in this way, the user will see a gallery of available attachments with ability to preview each of them.

Furthermore, we've added filter icons to the attribute table tab and layer tree for each layer that is currently being filtered in attribute table.

Vertex editing module extension

In version 2.5.0, we extended editing vertices in desktop application with display of each vertex height. If vertex height is marked with green color, it means that this vertex was measured in terrain, while red color symbolizes interpolated or modified vertexes.
When editing, the new height is displayed in real time.
