Additional project settings configuration by the administrator:

Additional project settings available exclusively to users with administrator privileges. Only administrators can configure the following settings when creating or editing a project. These settings apply to all users within the project.

• Access to desktop version
Ability to restrict access to the desktop version exclusively to users with administrator privileges. Other users will have access only to the mobile version of the project.
• Restriction on object editing/deletion
Ability to enable an option that allows object editing or deletion only by their authors and other administrators. Other users will not be able to modify objects created by others.
• Measurement requirement for a specified number of seconds (epochs)
Ability to set a minimum measurement duration (number of epochs) for points collected in the project. This configuration is global for the entire project and cannot be modified by users in the mobile version. (maximum 60 epochs)

Additional custom fields and new settings:

Additional custom fields: Relation, Logic and new settings for each field.
If the layer contains a Relation field, the tools: quick attributes and tracking will be disabled.

• Relation Field - A field where you can select a relation layer and define properties such as:
  • number of returned objects (default 5),
  • distance threshold to the object (max 100 meters),
  • automatically select the nearest object (if checked, selects the nearest object from the list).
• Logic Field - A field with values of true or false. A default value must be set.
• New number field settings:
  • precision - number of decimal places,
  • minimum value - minimum allowable input value,
  • maximum value - maximum allowable input value.
• New list field settings:
  • set as default value - only for one object from the list,
  • require photo - can be set for each object,
  • filter in staking mode - for the entire custom field.

Field settings:

• Required Field (for each type of field)
If checked, the field must be completed before saving or editing the object. Otherwise, the user cannot confirm changes.
• Hide in staking mode (for each type of field)
If checked, the field will not be visible when using the staking function, even if the field is required.
• Default Value (for list and logic field)
• For logic fields, select the default value of true or false.
• For list fields, selecting the default value will automatically select the indicated value from the list when creating an object.
• Require photo (for list field elements)
• Only for list field elements - if the selected element requires a photo, the user must attach a photo before submitting the form.
• Filter in staking mode (for list fields)
• Only for list fields - filters available values during staking mode for points within the same layer. The selected value for the staked object is hidden from the selection list in the new object form.
